With 3-pole dynamic white flex stripes*, the dynamic white PWM CCT controller positioned between the transformer and light source dynamically regulates the color temperature and power between the cool white and warm white channels at a constant brightness level. When a mixing ratio is set to neutral white, for example, the controller regulates the warm white channel to 50% and the cold white channel to 50%. The bottom line is that when operating with a dynamic white PWM controller, the full effective power consumption and lumen output is never achieved, but a maximum of 50%.
